How to set PUSH for Exchange ?

Please, bear my ignorance!
I can not get the push for exchange, I am not referring to notices, not even receive emails. So I ask you to write point by point what that must do to obtain them.
I'm a little idiot :-) please write so that even a small idiot can understand :-)

I checked:
Google play service is updated to version 4.9.52
Aquamail PRO version 1.6.4-dev 1.3
In Aquamail I entered the flag of PUSH (also in account configuration)

What did I do wrong?

You do not receive any messages at all?

Are there any messages at all visible in the app?

If you refresh the account, do your new messages show up?

The best thing would be a debug log (please see below, in my signature), just leave it on for 1-2 hours and then send me the file.

I receive emails every 15 minutes, because I determined that have to download them every 15 minutes,
but the push does not work at all, does not download email, and does not show the notification.
