Cannot download the whole message/attachment

I have IMAP account, limits to download for embedded images and attachments are on maximum.
However the message is still downloaded only partially and if I click on "download completely" or on attachment to view it I will receive these error messages:
  "Chyba načítání kompletní zprávy: Chyba při stahování obsahu zprávy."
  "Chyba načítání přílohy: Chyba při stahování obsahu zprávy."
What may be wrong? Thanx.

If your mail provider is seznam.cz, they are having some IMAP server issues right now, specifically with attachments... POP3 works fine, as a temporary workaround perhaps.

I saw a couple logs from seznam.cz in the last couple days...

Same issue -- my code asks for an attachment, the server executes the command, but returns zero sized data.

There must be something going on with the server, probably a new release / upgrade, with new bugs.

The most constructive thing would be to contact support for this mail service, and let them know that fetching attachments by their part number (as opposed to fetching the entire message) is broken.

Helpdesk of seznam.cz told me: "Hello, we had problems with new IMAP implementation, however in yesterday afternoon, new version of IMAP was implemented and in new messages, attachments should be downloaded correctly (unfortunately only in messages delivered after new version was implemented, not the old ones) could you test it right now on some today´s e-mail message? If problem is still here, please leave message in inbox and send me exact time of download attempt"
I tried sending a new message with attachment today and it worked! :-)
