the one thing driving me nuts! on my corporate account, i have a signature...on my tablet held in landscape, the text rolls right into the signature and overlaps it....on the phone works perfectly...ie: when i hit return the sig moves down a space.

What Android version does the device run, 4.1 or higher?

thank you for the response, I am on an asus infinity running 4.1 in landscape (keyboard doc) and cannot type an email if I have a sig (needed for business) as the text I type rolls into sig

According to Romain Guy, the Google engineer who is responsible for the user interface rendering:

For what it's worth, the edit text overlapping text bug was fixed
either in 4.1.2 or the version that will come after that.
