MInor buglet in 1.17.0-1316: no message count in local folders

With the new version, and switched to not have the "account" view when AquaMail starts, there aren't message counts for non-server-synced folders.

This was changed in 1.16

App settings -> account list -> the "show total per-folder counts" settings (almost at the end), you'll want "on" or "auto".

With activated "Hidden account list view", there are no "Account list" options any more

Correct, but in the past there was always an account list view available which has shown the "total numbers of messages" (if the user want to see these amounts) for each folder.

With the new option "Hidden account list view" enabled, the user does not have the opportunity anymore to see the total number of messages - at not a single place.

Yes that is true too.

The new option is optional, if someone prefers the full "three step" (account list view -> message list view -> message view) flow, he/she can just leave the new option turned off.

Yes this is true.

We removed "tap back to exit from message list" and replaced it with "hide account list view".

Yes there is one case that's not possible anymore but I don't think it's common. There are probably others, likely even less common.

Keeping every possible option and their combination as we move forward isn't practical - it would require more and more time and effort and result in more and more subtle bugs. Some things have to be kept, others are best removed / replaced.
