Submit A Feature Request...

... to improve AquaMail?  Should I submit a MobiSystems support ticket? 

Given all the knowledge in this forum I feel it'd be best to use it to help vet the ideas.

Or are feature requests still on hold?

It would be best to email support / at / aqua-mail / dot com - our Project Manager reads that (and I do too), we'll file a ticket internally and consider it for future versions. No guarantees however that any particular suggestion will get high priority vs. everything else.

Thanks for the suggestion Kostya.  As such it's my understanding that all Feature Requests will:  a) not be subject to an online vetting process (outside of the beta test program), and b) be handled internally with no visibility of longer term development plans.  Fair enough, that kind of visibility is unusual from my limited experience.

Hopefully the AquaMail team will consider opening up the Read-only Feature requests portion of this Forum to flush out and vet ideas for improvements to AquaMail.(How do I... could help feed Feature requests.)  Vetting these ideas online could focus user feature requests, help avoid frivolous ideas (e.g. those that have already been addressed), and assist the Program Manager in prioritizing the to-do list.  In any case, just an idea...

BTW, a belated congratulations on the MobiSystems deal.  From a user's perspective it very nice to see you still involved a year later.

Yes it's true that there are projects / apps with public suggestion trackers - even bug trackers. But it's also true that not all apps (not even all mobile apps) are set up that way.

Also, we have a pretty large backlog full of user suggestions (not only but), things of varying development cost, from very small to very large.
