Invalid server response on exchange (not office 365)

The mail has worked just fine for couple days. It still does, I tested it. I can send and receive mail looks like but every time i refresh the My mail, i get the invalid server response error. It's driving my nuts. I have attached an image of my set up. Can anyone help?

actually, its not working, i'm just receiving emails to inbox, not subfolders. Why did this work for 2-3 days and now its not????

Please capture the issue in the app's debug log (with "raw session data" enabled) and send to support / aqua-mail / dot com.

It's no longer happening. I have re-enter my account info and it works again. I did that about 5 times before it actually worked. All setting were correct each time. I will do this though is I have the problem again.
