Installing Aqua mail

I have downloaded Aqua mail to my Android phone. It tells me that it is installed. Aqua mail does not show up as an icon & is not listed as an app in settings. Tried the download again, same thing happens. Any clues please?

Hi,

Could you open Google Play Store and under "My apps & games" -> Installed -> Check if you have the app there and try to open it.

If you can't locate it there then it for some reason it's still not installed.

And you could also check Phone Settings -> Apps (or Apps Management) and check if it's listed - and tap into it and "uninstall" and then try re-installing (and hopefully this helps).

Tried all that has been suggested and still same result. Will give up now, life is to short. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
