I've noticed this issue for quite a while, and finally have decided to ask about it. When I am using the Move to Folder to file an email, and then select "Other Folders", I notice that the screen refreshes after about two seconds. I often forget this and start scrolling to find my folder then the refresh occurs and takes me back to the top and I have to start again searching for my folder. I noticed today while testing this out that the refresh icon is visible on the top while this is happening and it is obvious that while I'm trying to get to my folder, the app is refreshing the folder list.
I'm not sure if you'd call this a bug as I obviously am supposed to wait until the folder list is complete, but I would expect that it wouldn't take me to this list until it is complete, so that I don't start scrolling unless I'm actually going to be able to get to the folder I need. Is there a way to build this into the Move to Folder option - there really isn't any benefit to seeing the folders if you can't use them until they refresh.
