when Two panel UI is on then deleting a message (in Smart Folder view) closes the app. Is it just me, pls?

Closes meaning "crashes"?

And "smart folder view" -> accounts on the left / smart folder message list on the right OR message list on the left -> message on the right?

I've tried both, can't reproduce... Maybe I'm missing something?

yes crash.  try horizontal split. then when I swipe to delete a message it deletes but aftet 1-2s the app crashes.   Just recently started using Two panel UI so don't know if the problem was there before

After 1 or 2 seconds?

Can you please try the Light (not Material) theme in app settings -> look and feel.

And also please check for the "automatic postmortem crash log" on the device's storage, log-AquaMail-crash.txt.

Another thing to try is to disable app settings -> confirmation and undo -> use undo.

There was a crash report from another Huawei owner, it's a crash in the low level Android graphics code, think it's a graphics driver bug. I wasn't able to repro on my Huawei (a diff. model with 6.0).

We are unable to repro the bug on: a Huawei (diff. model), a Sony, a Samsung, maybe one other.

Maybe Huawei could fix the bug in their graphics driver? Because I'm quite sure this is what it is.

Unless you can provide the crash log and I see something different.
