There are three attachment states: 1) on the server 2) downloaded 3) saved
Those used to be represented by "globe" (colored), "black floppy" and "yellow floppy" icons.
There were two issues: 1) the icons were "Windows 95"-ish and 2) small resolution, looked blurred.
And so, I replaced those with more modern looking, high-res icons.
Not incidentally, those icons match the icons on "download all" and "save all" items (buttons, panels, whatever, the clickable things at the bottom of the list).
