Specific case: when there are changes in the mail box *while* the app is checking mail.

For push mail, the new code makes sure nothing is missed (before it could).

For regular mail checks, this is not enabled (no reason really, without push you always get a "snapshot" at a "certain time"), but should not break anything.

I've done a fair amount of testing, but more is always welcome.

I should note that not all mail *servers* can properly do this (notify the mail app about changes happening while the app is still catching up on a previous batch of changes).

Gmail is good, Fastmail (Cyrus server software) is good.

Another one I tested with (very popular in Russia) can send wrong data (read messages turning unread), or lose some changes (the state becomes inconsistent with web mail).
