Aqua Mail is creating duplicate messages on updating.

Please help stop this annoying issue in my  incomming mail updates.
Not all the mail.  About 25 - 30 % is duplicating and then I have to do the mad dash to erase the waiste.
I really hope there is a solution.  I just paid for this software to.

What *is* going on?

What is duplicating? Notifications? Actual messages? In same folder or different ones?
