I do not see anything in these screenshots that would look abnormal.

A side note: since the PUSH is disabled for the account (in the 2nd screenshot), - the folder's setting for PUSH do not play any role. So, you shouldn't expect PUSH to happen on any folders.  (Note that there is also a "master switch" for PUSH  for the entire app that you can see if you scroll below what you see in the 1st screenshot.)

But it looks like you should have this folder synced every 15 minutes.

Regarding the server question that Paris Geek is asking, I'd suggest a simple test: Open that folder in Aquamail and pull the top of the screen down -- to cause it refreshing this folder specifically (you can do the same by going to the 3-dot menu and choosing "refresh" while in that folder). If you see any error message, note what that is and let us know.
Try this a few times (e.g. 2-4, maybe with waiting in between). If there are no errors during that "refreshing", then it is unlikely the server.

Dans le même compte, le dossier "Boite de réception" fonctionnement parfaitement normalement. Donc je ne pense pas que cela puisse venir du serveur.

Il est simple de tester la synchronisation manuelle pour ce dossier ("Sébastien").

La synchronisation manuelle. J'ai testé, Cela ne donne aucun message d'erreur. Mais aucun nouveau message ne se charge.

Let me understand that last comment you made: "Mais aucun nouveau message ne se charge." (Translation for Kostya: {Manual refresh of the folder in question worked.} But no new messages loaded.)
Was that when there was a new message(s) in the folder and it (they) didn't load? 
Or, there were no new messages in that folder while you were doing manual refresh of the folder?

Added:
If that happened while there were new messages in that folder, it would be helpful to catch the debug log in the following situation:
When you notice (in the web interface or a different mail program, -- whichever way you are accessing that account besides Aquamail) that there is a new message in that folder, but Aquamail didn't load that message withing 15 minutes, -- Enable the log, go to the folder, do the manual refresh for that folder, exit from the folder to the account list, do the refresh for the entire account (touch the "wheel" next to the account). Stop the log collection. Send to Kostya's e-mail address. (See the instructions of how to configure and save the debug logs in Kostya's signature.)

C'est bon ça fonctionne. Donc au final j'ai du décoché une option. " OPTIMISATION IMAP "

Appuyez longtemps le compte -> Options et dossiers -> Options IMAP.
Eteignez "utilisation des optimisations".

Je vais voir avec mon admin serveur si il sait pourquoi cette optimisation ne fonctionne pas et je vous en informe si j'ai la raison.

Sorry, I don't remember when it was introduced, especially in the Google Play release version, as I was following -dev (development) versions.

Since disabling this setting worked --

-- this is a mail server bug / issue, maybe in this specific account, maybe in those specific folders.

More exactly, the server reports that it supports CONDSTORE and does not bump the per-folder HIGHESTMODSEQ value when something in that folder changes.
