I am traveling.  When I am home I get all mail,  even spam,  on my desktop with outlook.

Will Aquamail get everything?  I do not want to miss anything.  I want to go home and have my desktop show I have read everything.

This depends on your mail server and how your Outlook retrieves your emails on your desktop.
So what kind of mail server do you connect to?  And does Outlook delete the mails off the server when it downloads them?

If the account is set up as IMAP or Exchange in AquaMail (not POP3) then the app will be able to access individual folders on the server (not just in the Inbox with POP3).

And then it will sync each folder's messages exactly as reported by the server, each in its own folder.

Note that Outlook's folders don't always correspond to server folders -- it can create folders (and sort messages into them) entirely on your Windows machine. In this case, you may find those messages appearing in the account's Inbox in AquaMail.

I appreciate the replies, but they are complicated for me.  I signed up for Yahoo mail with  Pop3 account.

Aqua mail configured everything automatically. I just want to make sure I get all mail. IMAP,  push,  Exchange,  pop,  etc.  is too complicated for me.

1 - Yahoo does provide IMAP access

2 - AquaMail's preset for @yahoo is IMAP

So please just add your account by entering the email and password and pressing Next.
