Scheduled Sync

Hi,

I am a happy user for Aqua Mail.
Recently i have some problems with Scheduled Synchronizing.
Even if the Cellphone system setting for Background data and Auto-sync are switched on.
''Sync even when Auto-Sync is Off and Scheduled Sync'' have been switched on.

After 15 minutes, it will never perform a scheduled check.
Do you have any idea about this problem?

I have tried to re-install several time, but it seems does not work.

My first suspect in cases like this is Clean Master and similar "memory optimizer" apps and "battery optimizer" apps.

Sometimes even built into the system by the manufacturer.

If you use one, try adding Aqua into its "exclude list" and reboot the phone.

Another suspect is "swiping off" Aqua from Android's "recent apps" screen, or "stopping all apps" on same screen.
