Font type problem

I've been using Aquamail Pro for almost one year now and really like it. However I have a problem with the font type at the moment. In the old version I used last year with my old mobile phone, the email appears with the correct font that I want which is Arial within the mobile phone as well as within my corporate email (in the Sent items) which is MS Outlook software on my PC in the office. I need Arial font on all of my emails because that's the standard required font for email in my company. I know that Aquamail doesn't have a setting where I can specify Arial as the standard font but somehow it worked correctly last year in the old version. Only in a few cases where I replied to some emails that my email content wasn't in Arial font and that's probably because the original email that I replied to didn't use Arial for its content.

Earlier this year I changed to a new mobile phone and installed the latest Aquamail version and now all of my emails sent from Aquamail are in Times New Roman font which isn't desirable. I can still set the font colour and size as before, only the font type isn't correct.

Do you know why this happened and is there anyway for me to send email from Aquamail on my mobile in Arial font?

On the receiving side? Or as shown in Aqua's "Sent" folder?

Please check app settings -> composing and sending -> rich text font family, and make sure to choose "Sans Serif".

If that doesn't help, feel free to send me a test message, kmansoft / at sign / gmail.

It was on the receiving side I meant. I tried the "Sans Serif" option and it seems to work fine so far. Thanks a lot.

i recently switched to new phone. Facing a problem in setting up the corporate signature. We use Arial font size 11.
i figured out that Sans Serif is right font.

BUT I'M NOT ABLE TO GET FONT SIZE 11. The "NORMAL" type font size on aqua mail is 12. But I need 11.

Oh my.

And I suppose if someone uses 12pt and not 11pt, the Company's Corporate Standards Department will take that unlucky person out back and shoot them in the head.

Because that Would Cast A Bad Shadow On The Company's Image, and so Will Not Be Tolerated.

App settings -> composing and sending -> font size (when sending) -> has 10pt, 11pt, 12pt, and some other popular values (sorry, no "99pt").

Just curious -- what mobile mail app do THEY recommend to The Company's employees? Or is using Android for email Not Allowed?

You will find this option in app settings -> composing and sending -> rich text font size (when sending) > Set to 11pt

And where is that "Calibri" font? Missing too?

One more query. Is it possible to use 2 different font sizes in email signature ?

Yes it is.

Select some text and change its size. Same as in any text editor.

Hi,

I am using Aquamail too many days and with that settings, the outgoning mails are sent in "Arial" font when it is retreaved by Microsoft Outlook 2013.

The default font in Outlook 2013 is "Calibri", is there a possibilty to send mails with this font?
