Actually, there are plenty of pale and pastel colors in Google's Material color palette. Just most apps prefer to be bright...

Suggestion:
Spam, Move commands in pastel yellow? (non destructive, but user must pay attention before using them).
We would have three pastel colors:
- for destructive: red
- for reversible non destructive: green
- for reversible moving messages: yellow (or something else - pastel taupe?)

I prefer the pastel yellow color for "move commands" like move to spam, move to another folder.
