On outgoing servers -- many, many home / mobile Internet provides block port 25, which is the default port for sending mail.
This has nothing to do with Aqua, but is those provider's policy, to block malware (not Aqua, of course).
Most mail servers support alternative port numbers: 587 with no encryption or with STARTTLS encryption, and port 465 with SSL encryption. Please try those.
Also -- both of you guys (gals) -- please try updating to the latest development build from this forum. It has some fixes for IPv6 (and the way Android handles it), which could also be causing this issue.
