It's not necessary to select an image to delete it -- just backspacing over it works fine.

Can you try it? I'm not opposed to adding another menu item, but since there already is simple solution...

The first instinct is to tap on and find delete option, backspace works well but maybe not immediate to use because I don't use the same approach for text and images...

Hi Kostya,

if you can, the symbol to delete messages selected with the command, is different in Inbox and Trash folders...
See my screenshot to understand the problem...

In a folder "owned" by an account -- say, you open Inbox or such -- the delete icon matches the account's "delete method"

X for "delete immediately"
Trash can for "move to deleted"
A small crossed over "eye" for "move to hidden" (my lame attempt at representing "hide from view")

In the smart inbox, this icon will delete each selected message with its account's specific "delete method".

However, the icon is a generic "trash can". I don't happen to have one to represent "smart delete" (trash can with a brain on top? headcrab style?)
