Missing emails!

This is getting worse as time passes!
My important emails are dissappearing! I requested at least 500 emails so I could reference important data but as of now all my incoming emails older than one week are gone. This is now costing me money as important data is where I can't get to it!!! I complained in the past and I never received an answer!  I talked many friends into using your email app but If I don't get access to my emails I'm going into your App Reviews and give a very bad review!!!

Oh my, was that a threat? What a great way to start a conversation.

Do you have a desktop mail app that may be deleting old messages from the mail service, after it downloads them? This is fairly common.

Is this an account hosted with GoDaddy, by any chance?

The most important thing is, are those older messages still visible in web mail?
