Deletion from notifications pane bug

I like being able to delete emails from Android's drop-down notification pane. However, I think I've noticed a bug in this feature.

Situation: Confirm delete is ON. Mail arrives in two different accounts. I see that I want to delete the mail in one without opening it, but I don't want to delete the mail in the other account. When I press the "delete" button in the notification I normally get a "Confirm deletion" notification. If, however, there's another email notification present, I don't get the "confirm deletion" option.

I assume it works properly with Confirm Delete set to OFF, but I haven't tried it. The problem seems to be with the confirmation notification.
