More striking symbols

Maybe it's just me but I find the "star", and especially the "replied" and "forwarded" symbols in the list of downloaded messages to be too subtle for me. They are easily missed when looking at the list of messages.

The "replied" and "forwarded" symbols blend into the background and are easily missed. Any chance of having the option to make them darker or in color so they stand out more clearly?

Would also like to suggest that the star be either larger or possibly causing a change in the background or text color of the message listing so that starred messages stand out more clearly from the others?

Well, the images are from stock Email app... No reason why I couldn't tweak them though.

Which color theme - light or dark?

I use the light theme. The replied/forwarded icons appear in a "slightly" different shade of grey which does not really stand out much from the background.
Solid black would make them stand out more.

The stars also kind of disappear because of size and location. When I select a message to delete or whatever, the message background changes color which makes it clear which messages were selected. The option to have a similar background change for starred messages would be nice......
