Hello!
I read all the posts in the Bugs forum and all the FAQs. I do not think this problem is shown thus my post.

First, I love AquaMail. Far and away the best Android email app out there. I have it installed on my Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE phone and my Samsung PT-7510 Galaxy Tab 10.1 (wifi only). Never had an issue on my phone - dead reliable.

My tablet is a different story. I don't use the tablet every days but this is the second time my Smart Inbox icon has shown xxx* unread messages yet when I tap on the icon all of AquaMail shows 0 messages. The Refresh All icon or any of the 4 account-specific refresh icons, when tapped, do nothing except for a blink of the screen. I can send a message from any of the accounts and it sends fine although I cannot open the folder group under any account to see it.

Last time this happened, I deleted and reinstalled and that solved the issue. That was a few weeks ago. It was working fine until today and I am back to the dreaded 0 messages in all accounts.

I went in to each account and went through the account setup process for already established accounts (Manual for POP3) and at the end of the process, AquaMail checks the incoming and outgoing functions and they all check fine.

I also backed up, cleared the app cache and restored but nothing changed.

Reinstalling frequently makes no sense. I am thoroughly confused since this program is perfect on my phone. It could of course be user error!

None of my AquaMail accounts are set to delete messages and in fact the messages are all still on my server. I went in to debug and activated logging but the folder/file refuses to attach - if you need log, pls send or point to instructions)

Please let me know what can be done here. I am using AquaMail 1.2.4.0 on Android 4.04. Thanks in advance for youor time and keep up the great work!!

Hi,

Can you check the device's "memory card" (on a tablet, this is the "built-in large memory partition" -- where the "download" folder is, where camera images are...) for AquaMail's postmortem crash log, called log-AquaMail-crash.txt.

If found, please email to kmansoft / at sign / gmail / dot com.

Oh, just about any file manager will open to this "pseudo memory card" initially.
