Hi,

I have push mail working ok on my HTC One X+, I've tried setting it up on my new HTC One with the same settings but the push mail is not working.

Can you help please?

Push mail also works on my galaxy tab but foesnt on samsung s3

Push mail is disabled by default at the account level.

Long press the account -> Options and Folders -> Account options -> enable IMAP Push.
