View mail full screen

I set up my aqua mail with the split screen. Sometimes when viewing a message on the right side, I hit something on my samsung tablet and the message goes full screen. This would be helpful at times. Does someone know a key combination that does this?

It's always in the menu (three dots on the right side of the icon bar below the message pane) under View.

Space allowing (landscape mode), there is also an icon in that icon bar, it's the first one from the left and looks like an X (four arrows).

I find that, in split view (which I prefer), 'full screen' isn't really full screen - there is still a message list on the left. Am I missing something? Sometimes I'll have an email with a wide image that I'd like to view truly full screen (without having to switch to single panel mode in app settings.) I know I can shrink the width of the left panel but that's not the same as simply popping out to a truly full-screen message view.

Yes, in two panel mode "full screen" is really "almost full screen".
