Bluetooth Internet Connection
« on: May 17, 2013, 01:57:39 am »
I am tethering my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, 7 inch to my cell phone via PDANet+ Bluetooth because Wi-Fi is not supported.

The original Samsung email app and the original Samsung Internet app do not work under a Bluetooth connection.
A pop up indicates "no server connection".

However the Opera browser works perfectly, uTube works perfectly along with other apps.

Is it possible to get AquaMail to work with a Bluetooth connection instead of Wi-Fi?

I've seen some Android devices report that there is no connection when using Bluetooth Internet passthrough.

Please open the app's settings, then under Network unselect "Check for connection". This will let you check mail "manually" without the app complaining that there is no connection.

Thanks for the perfect answer.  I am now up and running Aqua-Mail on tablet via Bluetooth.
