I recently upgraded to Aqua Mail Pro and to my surprise, when I respond to an email, it replies using one of my accounts.  Meaning, I have Accounts 1, 2  and 3.  If I go into my mail account number 3, it replies using my return email address from 1.

This is not what I expect. I expected that the reply would come from account 3.  I realize that I can manually select the reply to email address, but this seems like an unnecessary step and not what I expect from my email program.

Is there any enhancements that might correct this in the future?

Just to be sure we're on the same page:

By "replying", do you mean that you have a message open and you hit "single arrow pointing left" below the message text? That's a "reply to sender", and it should be using the account where the message is received.
