I first installed this app and was SO excited. Touchdown just got updated and it absolutely horrible. My two favorite things in AquaMail are threaded messages (like on my old BB and iOS) and the ability to see full headers (and have that option stick). When I first installed the app, things looked good except that I was getting multiple notifications on my Galaxy S7 for EACH e-mail. That made the top bar and all the toast messages very messy. So....
Question #1 - How do you combine the notifications to just show one at a time?
Are you talking about multiple notifications for the same message, or just the fact that you have a single notification for multiple messages?
If it is the latter, - that's how it works.
You might be able to separate them on Samsung phones using an app for the Wear devices (I am not sure, haven't tried that). Actually, AFAIR, on some latest phones, Samsung installs an app for the Wear devices, even if you have no Wear devices connected.
There were 2-3 recent (mid-March) threads where Kostya created and discussed an option in Aquamail to disable Wear extensions. I don't remember if it is enabled or disabled by default. You can try to look how that option is set.
This is one of those threads:

I use an online Exchange account with Intermedia and will soon be switching to Office365. I have read conflicting things on this forum on whether or not AquaMail supports my setup (http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=4424.msg24445#msg24445) but I think it should. I also made sure to enable Push on the main settings level. But I don't have an IMAP option on the account level as described here: http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=4583.msg25893#msg25893.
Push doesn't work for Exchange (EWS) accounts. If your Exchange server supports IMAP connection, you can change your account in Aquamail (install as a new account) to have it as an IMAP account. IMAP supports push.
With EWS you need to enable scheduled sync. Set it to 5 minutes and you will get a reasonable behavior.
Question #3 - When I first installed the app, conversation view was working perfectly. I still have it enabled but I have two messages in my inbox with the same subject and it isn't showing up as a conversation. I tried to rebuild conversations as well with no luck.
You may want to read this description of how
conversations work in Aquamail:
http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=4086.0In short: the same subject in not sufficient to have a conversation.
@Kostya:
This is not the first question about conversations. I'd suggest to add the explanation referenced above to the FAQ.
