Email Notification Sound Only Plays for Gmail, not for Yahoo Email

I have Aqua Mail set up for Gmail, Yahoo Mail & Frontier Mail (run by Yahoo).  For all three I receive a notification icon and brief message details in the Android pull-down screen whenever an email is received in any of the three accounts.  However, I only receive an audible notification and/or a vibration notification with the Gmail account; the other two are silent.

Running Aqua Mail Pro version 1.2.5.5 (still not received the 1.3 update yet)

Aqua Mail setup details in (General) Settings > Message Notifications:
Enable notifications = On
Sound = Pure bell
LED notifications = On
Vibration = On
Only in vibration mode = Off
Vibration pattern = default
Turn screen on = On
Play sound only once = On
Only when new messages = On
Only when new messages = On
Only when there are changes = On
Deferred sound = On
When the app is active = On
Manage account notifications = On

I don’t see a way to change the audible/vibration notification for each email account individually.  Please tell me what I am doing wrong.  The audible/vibration notifications work fine for the Gmail account, not for the other two.  This used to work just fine for all three email accounts until a few weeks back.

Phone details:  Samsung Galaxy S4 on Verizon USA running Android version 4.3 (SU4).  This is a stock phone, not rooted or modified in any way.

There is a way to override notifications on a per-account basis, can you check to make sure it's disabled?

- Long press an account
- Choose Special settings
- Tap Message notifications
- Make sure that the top checkbox ("Use special settings") is off

Oh and btw - when the app receives new messages from those Yahoo accounts, do they show *unread* in AquaMail?

Thanks - you fixed the issue for me.  This was a user error.   

I had Special Settings > "Use Special Settings" checked. 

It would be helpful to put a notice on the screen to "leave this unchecked" for people like me who don't understand all the intricacies fo Aqua Mail.
