Problem with emails from ond person.
« on: December 23, 2014, 01:44:59 pm »
Hi,
I have Galaxy note 3. Pro version and although I was a network manager, due to illness have memory and concentration problems (perm).
So the problem is my daily Dilbert (lol) strip does not show properly. Started about a month ago but is fine on a computer. I assume i have got something wrong but need help sorting it. The strip and pics have a 'broken link' icon and if i click on the strip (should take me to the website and the strip), i end up at an under construction page they had months ago. It's like a 'cache' needs refreshing somewhere. All other emails are fine. Checked for viruses and rootkit. All ok.
I dont really want to re set it up. But mind not working well enoughto sort out. Any ideas?

I'd need to see a sample message -- original message text, as seen by the app itself.

Fairly easy to do:

- If you use Outlook of Thunderbird, then do "Forward as attachment" (.eml). My address is kmansoft / gmail

OR

- Use web mail, and look for "View Original Message" or similar (in Gmail / web, it's next to the reply icon). Save to a plain text file (no Microsoft Word / WordPad / Apple Works etc). Send as an attachment.
