Messages not downloading

Every time I get an email, it asks me whether I want to download 5kb or the whole message.  How can I make it download the all messages automatically?

Tap the settings icon on the right side of that message, select larger message preload sizes.

The defaults are very conservative to accommodate low-end devices and limited data plans.
