map AM sent messages to main iCloud sent folder
« on: June 09, 2013, 07:47:39 pm »
Just moved from iPhone to galaxy 4 and using AM email app. AM created a new sent folder which shows up in my mac desktop mail app under my iCloud account. All sent messages from Galaxy are stored here and i want them stored in the main sent folder like my iPhone does. How can i do this?

Go into Account - Option and Folders - Folders - Sent Folder. See if you can change there the destination folder.

@Thomas - thank you. This is correct, should fix things.

And just to be clear - my app does not create any folders on IMAP servers (like K-9 or stock email does), it works with whatever folders are there. If it can't guess which one to use for sent messages, it just saves them locally (on the device).
