Settings > Message list > scroll down to the section 'Customize' near to the end > tap on the item "Bold: line 1" > enable both items (unread/read)

No. These settings are only available for the 'Message list'.

Okay, in my screenshot there are a red marked title and a green marked sender.

I can not show any of that in bold, correct?

( sorry we only have about 100500 settings and it's still not enough to cover "everything" )
