Office 365 calendar entries
« on: February 27, 2018, 07:11:50 pm »
When I accept an Office 365 meeting and it's added to the calendar I lose the information about the skype meeting.
I mean, the links to join the call are not available in the notes of the invite but you can see them on the Office 365 web/desktop calendar.
Verified with different calendar applications and they are not there. Something to do with AquaMail or with the calendar stack on Android?

Using Oreo on a OnePlus 3T.

Um where does "the" ("the" ???) Skype meeting link  / where does it live?

Is it in the "description" of the invite? An "file" attachment? Something else?

Oh - "not available in the notes of the invite".

Some sort of proprietary additional "property" on the calendar event - which Microsoft's own apps know about, but the rest of the world doesn't?

That's why I was asking. I can send you one of those invites if you want.

Here you can see how is seen in Outlook (web interface) when you create them.
You can also see how it's seen in a windows mail client like eM Client.

Yes it probably would be best if you could send me a sample.

admin / at / kmansoft / dot / onmicrosoft / dot com

I see a properly called MeetingWorkspaceUrl in the docs:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/aa565229(v=exchg.150).aspx

Wonder if that's it

However:

I'm not seeing is a way to store it into an Android calendar event, so even if my guess is correct, we just won't be able to do anything with this data (at best - maybe show it as a link inside Aqua Mail while the invite / event is still there in your *mail* folder).
