Author Topic: Is it possible to have notifications remain until specific account is accessed  (Read 2111 times)

I have a number of email accounts.

I am notified when email is received for each account -- however - when I access any account via the notification -- the notifications for all accounts are cleared.
Is there any way to set it so that the notification for each account remains in the notification bar until the account specified by the notification is viewed?

So if I have 2 accounts and 2 notifications -- If I access account 1 -- the notification for account 2 remains rather than them all being cleared?

Searched but could not find an answer to this.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Please check the setting in:
Menu > Settings > Message notifications > scroll down almost to the last item > enable "Manage per-account".

This question has been discussed at least two times in the past 1-2 months.
Maybe it deserves to be placed in FAQ?

(Even if many people (I am not talking about diecast61 here) do not read FAQ before asking on the forum, at least it would save some time and effort for Mikeone by avoiding the necessity to post a new screenshot each time. :) )
