open url/link from within mail text
« on: April 11, 2015, 02:10:33 pm »
Priviet,
opening an url/link that is in the mail text, renders two different behaviors:
1) (desired:-) from the context menu (long tap): any browser opens a new tab for each link tapped.
2) (not so desired) single tap on the limk opens all urls in the same tab!

Samsung sm t-805, a4.4.2, any browser. Aquamail 1.5.1.13

1) That's how it is working (as intended) now -  both long tap as well as short tap opens a new tab in browser for each link tapped.  Tested with Firefox and with Chrome browser.

Supposed to open a new tab, but if you Back from it, it's supposed to close the tab *and* return you to AquaMail, even if you have other tabs open.

This is as intended by Google.
