Well, you'll need to open the folder -> select all -> delete
Now, by default, "select all" really doesn't mean "all", but rather only messages visible on the screen.
You can change it to mean "all loaded messages, even those not visible due to scrolling": app settings -> message list -> "select all means:" (near the end).
