No push emails

ever last update all my gmails are not pushing into Aqua mail, in order for me to see them i have to open aqua mail or it takes a while before aqua mail alerts that there are emails. even when the email arrives in aquamail it wont make a sound even though i have sound assigned.  I have complied with all the instructions below

 Push must be enabled (configured) in 3 places: (1) for the entire app, (2) for the specific account (3) for the specific folder(s). Given the app’s default settings, usually only step (2) is necessary to enable push mail for an account.

(1) For the entire app: This is enabled by default, but please see app settings -> mail, receiving.

(2) For the account: This is off by default. Long press on the account in the main window (account list) and choose “Options and Folders”, then “Account options” and you’ll see it.

(3) For the folder(s): This is enabled by default for the main Inbox folder, but is disabled for other folders.

Duration of the Issue: Could you please let us know how long you have been experiencing this issue?

Device Information: Kindly provide details regarding your device, including the model, Android version, and the Aqua Mail version. You can find this information in your Aqua Mail settings under "About>Version info"

Networks: Is the problem occurring on both Wi-Fi and Mobile networks?

Account Types: Are other accounts affected by this issue?

App Permissions: Please ensure that you have granted all necessary permissions to Aqua Mail. Additionally, could you check if there are any battery optimization settings or other device-specific optimizations in place that might be affecting the app's performance? If so, please consider disabling them.

Sorry for late response, the push feature seems to be working fine now, I have written to support@aqua-mail.com four days ago with no response to support login, for some reason I am not able to reset my password and they have not responded, any suggestions?  Thanks

Hello deliveryman,

I'm happy to hear that the Push is working as intended.
Regarding your user and password in the Freshdesk portal, I have checked, and it seems like all the support request you sent were from an email, not from the portal. I suggest you create a profile, this will allow you to check the status of your tickets.
