Rich Text Default in Composing?

Is there a way to have the Rich Text option in Composing an email. Be automatic? Or do you have to manually use toolbar ea h time

To adjust the setting, please go to Aqua Mail settings>Composing and sending>Rich vs. plain text (automatic)
