1.2.2.50 - folder access revamped, easier to use

Easier, on-demand, access to IMAP folders without having to sync them all the time (which also puts them on the main screen).

Ability to move messages to any server folder, again, not just those that sync all the time. Applies to "move to spam" command as well.

Also in this build: bug fixes, a workaround for mail hosted at RackSpace, Verizon preset updated, automatic one/two line account/folder title header in folder message lists.

+ Easier IMAP folder access, on an as-needed basis (in folder message list title bar, when moving, in account list in two panel mode).

+ "Empty all local [ Deleted ]" in account list menu - great for POP3 accounts.

* Fixed downloaded attachments sometimes not getting scanned by MediaScanner / Gallery.

+ New per-account settings in Options and Folders: include in "Sync All" (in account list), "greeeting" for composing messages. 

+ "Offline mode" for viewing older cached messages (IMAP), enabled by a button in folder message list footer after a sync error.

+ "Remove deleted from server" for POP3: defaults to off, enable in account's Options and Folders.

One question: once i have selected a folder to be displayed in two panel mode (but not being synced) how can I remove this folder again from being shown?

Hi,

Unused folders will go away over time, after one week (the assumption being that most people's time cycles are centered around workdays / weekends, which is one week, seven days, long).

Thanks for the answer. That is a smart feature. But are there any plans to make this more customizable, i.e. have the user decide about the time periode after which the folder gets deleted or have him delete the folder manually?

Yes, another setting is possible in theory, but do we really need that?

One week seems reasonable to me, since most people's time cycles are based around "work during the week" (access a certain set of folders) / "rest during the weekend" (a different set of folders).
