Add accounts without adding them to the phone?

Hi, Coul you advise me please. I am running Android Aquamail Pro with multiple (7) email accounts (gmail/outlook mix) on it. Is there a way to add accounts without adding them to the phone or remove hide names of all those accounts showing in phone's Settings/Accounts/Manage Accounts? All email accounts were added to aquamail via Add an Account/Other Mail not via Google/Outlook option using apps passwords not google authentication.

In 2022 Martin suggested the following method for adding accounts without adding them to the phone:
""Just press Next while the dropdown says "Other". This will open your default browser or prompt you to pick a browser to open. You can login from the browser after that.
Regular IMAP login should still work, you just need an app password to be created in your Google account first""

but i cant find this option, just space to enter email address and password

Hello Refal,

To my knowledge, accounts added through Aqua Mail and other email apps typically cannot be removed from the Device settings > Account tab once added.

May I inquire about the purpose behind your request?

 I would like some of the email accounts being hidden from my partner who uses my phone occasionally. I could put password protection on the settings but that would arouse unnecessary curiosity🙂
