Is Aqua Mail not meeting your expectations? You can help us improve by reporting any bugs you encounter in this section. To expedite the resolution process, please adhere to the following best practices.


When reporting a bug:

Reproducible: For us to address the issue, we must be able to recreate or confirm its existence. Please ensure the problem is consistently reproducible.

Specific: The more precise and concise your description, the faster we can identify and resolve the problem.


Your bug report should contain the following details:

Steps to Reproduce: This is the most crucial part of your report. Provide a step-by-step guide to help us pinpoint the issue.

Visuals: If possible, include screenshots, video recordings, or example files. Visual aids greatly aid our understanding of the problem.

Configuration: Mention specific OS versions or device models if the bug seems to be related to them.


Remember:
  • Always ensure you are using the latest app version.
  • Limit each thread to one bug report.
  • Safeguard your privacy by blurring any personal information in your reports.
  • Feel free to share any additional information, observations, or opinions after the report.
