Yes i've looked at the FAQ page, leaves a lot of details to be desired missing, might be a good idea if you explain what to change in the instructions -

Push is not working with Gmail, it can take up to 15 mins + or longer sometimes, app is not set to sleep, it can run in the background Unrestricted. Mobile data allow background usage. With that out of the way:
1. General app settings > Mail, Receiving > Under Scheduled Sync which has to be turned on "Push Email" is checked.
a. Not sure what the Mail check interval is for and why the Push Email is tied to Scheduled Sync, it gives the impression the Mail Check interval is tied to all this when it shouldn't if it is Push email. The
Scheduled Sync should not even be required to be turn on to turn on Push email in my opinion. So if this is all correct than lets move to the next setting
2. Network setting has some IMAP IDLE not sure what this does its default setting
3. Account Push is enabled
4. Folder push is enabled
