Import just account sign in information

Is there a way to reset the settings and not lose my email accounts or to restore just the email accounts from a backup and not all the settings?

Ok I think I figured it out. Only check the box that says "Restore accounts" (see screenshot). It will Restore only the accounts but also looks to restore the account colors as well. Everything else looks to be the default settings.
