Does anyone know when this issue Is going to be fixed? Also this is what I'm getting as well (No accounts for sending mail) so this happens if I'm trying to send an email, or reply to all. Has anyone tried deleting account and then starting a fresh?

Previously posted. I don't believe there are any updates yet. I think it has something to do with the Office365 account option integration. I added my same outlook email address as just a Normal "Email" account. Everything works perfectly fine. I've left my 365 account still in my accounts list with a pending email so I can refresh and check to see if the SMTP send has been fixed. So far it's not been.

Still waiting here as well. The fixes in the linked article don't fix the problem for me.

They didn't work for me either. I think Microsoft broke something.

I have two-factor authentication on an account with Office365. I deleted the account in AquaMail that was causing the error, but no matter which type of account I selected, I could not set one up that worked in AquaMail.

None of the fixes in the linked article worked for me, either.

I can send no outgoing email through this account using my phone.

Add me to the list of disgruntled users getting this error message with my outlook accounts. It has been going on for a while now.

+1 too. Not happy with how long it is taking to resolve this issue for app I paid to use. I would have thought that 10 days was enough time to get a resolution ... except the problem is from Office 365's end?

Ok,
They should have found a solution by now but I must say the workaround they gave works well.
I'm waiting for a fix but for now I can work again without outlook which I hate.
So keep up the good works ASAP.

My 4 Outlook accounts were never added as Office365 accounts in the first place,

I know many of you are frustrated with this but please do not blame Aqua Mail. This is a Microsoft Outlook problem and they are still unclear on how to fix it. You should be following these complaints with Microsoft. Not only does my Hotmail account not work with aqua mail but it also doesn't work with Fairemail. Microsoft outlooks own Twitter DMed with me and then they want me to follow a support complaint with Outlook support. Who is managing their Twitter page if not outlook support? I go to their Outlook support page which is useless. Can you log in to your Microsoft account, yes. Can you log in at outlook.com, yes and then they act like there is no problem. There are more ways to access your account than that. Then if you try digging further into their support pages they just reference using their app as if that's the only app they can use. All my other Outlook accounts work just fine except for my Hotmail so something strange is going on.

For what it's worth - Aquamail updated for me today to Version 1.42.1-263 from the play store Beta line.  After update, the app required me to re-authenticate my office365 account.  Once that was done, my authentication issues went away.

This appears fixed for me at this time - I will comment back if this reverses course.

OK.
I also installed the beta and the problem is gone.
I won't take too long before this gets released.

I have now joined the Beta and updated to the latest beta version (1.42.1-263) and can confim that the auth issue I had (only when sending email from my Hotmail account - receiving was fine) has been fixed! :):)
