I have folders with mail synced in them which sit there and go beyond the synced time range. If they are then deleted elsewhere, Aquamail fails to remove them from the folder on sync. I think Aquamail should check that items already in the folder (even those beyond the sync range) still exist in that folder on the server. Otherwise I have to clean up the emails just for Aquamail.
