Missing customize buttons in message view

Is it possible that in latest version is missing settings option for customizing buttons in message view? In attachment is screenshot of this section in app settings. I remember it being here sometime before.
I did factory reset of my device and I try to set up the applications from scratch (I have data backup of this app, but I dont want to use it). Its missing for my native language (czech) and english too. I tried to search strings "cust" or "butt", but only found customize buttons in composing and sending section.

Still no solutions how to customize buttons in message view like it was in earlier versions?

If I want mark message as read, earlier I touched one icon. Now I must to scroll up bottom buttons panel, click More and find one action (mark as read) between numbers of another actions.

Scroll up the buttons panel in message view. Then drag the buttons as you want to.
