Sort by date is different from all other email clients
« on: March 29, 2022, 10:46:38 pm »
Hi there,

I've seen, that the order of the emails are different from Outlook, Thunderbird or even Webmail.

All other programs are using the datetime in the email header, which one is using AquaMail? This happens regardless of the email provider.

Having different views is confusing.

Thanks for your answer!

Frank

Probably this is because of IMAP setting in account options to treat received date as more important than sent date.

In AquaMail go to account settings > options and folders > IMAP options

There you can set which datetime AquaMail should use. Sent time or received tike.
