Not Getting Notificatiomns. OnePlus 8T Android 11, Aquamail Pro

Hi, I cannot seem to setup for getting notifications. I especially want to setup a certain email address that comes in to notify but I am getting no notifications. I also attached a screen of a setting I do not understand.

What is Other?
