I have a samsung galaxy fold 2, I go to settings, options, account options and checked "other folders" then "look and Feel" under "Keep recent folders for" set to 1 month, but after few days the recent folders disappear in the main email tree page, what i mean is that when i open one of the email on the main page the other folders are gone, it does not keep them in place for 30 days. the only way i get it back is to go into settings and account options again and go back, do not even have to do anything in the page where the "other folders" option selection is located. just entering that page with the menu and going back to main page the other folders reappear.
I have provided video to support and they say they can not duplicate, has anyone had this issue with their phones?
